Notice of Cancellation / Announcement of Autumn Luncheon
You may have been wondering about the Fraser Valley Event Show, as we have not been promoting it on Facebook lately. We had to make the difficult decision to cancel the Event Show for this year due to low exhibitor numbers. In its place, we are bringing back our wildly popular networking luncheon.
The FVEPA Autumn Luncheon & Tradeshow will take place on Tuesday, October 20th from 11am – 2pm, at Cascades Casino Resort in Langley. We will have a limited number of tradeshow tables available and hope that those of you who purchased a tradeshow table at the FV Event Show, will consider participating in the Autumn Luncheon & Tradeshow event instead.
Stay tuned for some exciting developments as we finalize details for the FVEPA Autumn Luncheon & Tradeshow. Tickets for the luncheon and bookings of tradeshow tables will be available very soon. We can confirm that there will be a silent auction again. We are also pleased to bring back the Tablescape decorating contest. And there are a few excellent and affordable sponsorship opportunities available, starting at just $250.
