What a fantastic meeting Tuesday at LAPS! We enj What a fantastic meeting Tuesday at LAPS!

We enjoyed a tour of their impressive facility, and learned a ton about their programs and contributions they are making to our community - one animal at a time. While we cuddled 5 week old kittens, Jenn Schroeder spoke to volunteer management and the importance of adapting both roles and recognition to the individual volunteer in order to keep them engaged. This was the perfect meeting topic for National Volunteer Week.

Our next FVEPA Mix & Mingle takes place on May 31st - mark your calendar! Very exciting event details will be announced soon - trust us, you're going to want to be there.

Today we are shining the light on FVEPA Vice Presi Today we are shining the light on FVEPA Vice President Brad Styba.

During 2020 & 2021 Brad contributed greatly to the advocacy work done at the provincial and federal level by the Canadian Association of Exposition Management (CAEM). CAEM reacted quickly and decisively, shifting their focus and priorities entirely to advocating on behalf of its members and for the future of the exhibition industry. Brad was also an incredible resource to our FVEPA Board, as he shared the information he was hearing through is extensive network and involvement with CAEM.

Thank you Brad!
